The Pavoni Electric Ganache & Pastry Guitar Cutter is a semi-automatic, electric cutting machine designed for precise slicing of hard or frozen foods, including those with nuts like almonds and hazelnuts. It is ideal for cutting cremini, hazelnut chocolates, soft nougat, ganache, mousses, semifreddi, bavaroises, jellies, biscuits, and marzipan. The cutter can handle frozen products down to -15°C and cut thicknesses up to 6 cm, ensuring rapid, perfect cuts with minimal waste.
Constructed entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, the 40 x 40 cm cutting base features adjustable feed speed and is removable for easy cleaning, including dishwasher compatibility. The machine measures 97 x 50 x 26 cm, weighs 40 kg, and operates on 110 volts with 180 watts of power. A tray and spatula are included for convenience. Note that the cutting frame is not included but can be ordered upon request.
