The Omcan 13725 Elite Series Sausage Stuffer is a manual, horizontal model with a 30 lb (15 kg) capacity, suitable for both residential and commercial applications. It features enameled steel sides and a stainless steel watertight cylinder and feet for durability and easy cleaning. The stuffer includes plastic funnels sized 10mm, 20mm, 30mm, and 40mm to accommodate various sausage sizes.
This model is equipped with a two-speed gearing system for efficient operation, allowing one gear for stuffing and another for quickly returning the piston to the starting position. It has pressed and hardened steel gears, a carbon steel rack, and a Moplen piston with a silicon seal and air release valve, ensuring smooth and reliable performance during sausage production.
