The Kason 11248000020 is a reversible spring-assisted cam lift hinge measuring 10-1/8" long by 5-21/32" wide, featuring a 1-1/4" offset. Made from die-cast zinc with a polished chrome plated finish, this hinge offers durability and corrosion resistance. It can be reversed by removing the cap, pushing out the cam, and reinstalling it on the opposite side of the strap, which includes a hex hole to accept the stem from the flange.
