The Cres Cor 130-1836D is a non-insulated holding cabinet designed to keep prepared foods at serving temperatures in commercial kitchens. It features a powerful 2000 Watt heating system that maintains food temperatures up to 180°F (82°C). The cabinet is constructed from non-corrosive, hi-tensile aluminum with a fully welded extruded frame for strength and mobility.
This unit includes a reinforced brushed aluminum solid door with a perimeter gasket to minimize heat loss and a gravity type latch to secure the door during transport. Corrugated sidewalls hold 18" x 26" pans securely on 1-1/2" centers without tipping. Controls are accessible without opening the door, featuring a slanted control panel with an easy-to-read thermometer and removable assembly for cleaning and maintenance. Heavy-duty 5" swivel casters, two with brakes, provide mobility when fully loaded.
