The Bakers Pride P46S Countertop Double Deck Electric Oven offers two independently controlled baking chambers, making it ideal for versatile cooking needs. The upper chamber features two decks perfect for pizza, pretzels, and flatbreads, while the taller lower chamber with one deck is suited for baking or roasting. Both chambers have Cordierite decks with heights of 7.75" on top and 7.5" on the bottom, ensuring even heat distribution and consistent results.
This oven operates on 208V, 1 Phase with 5750 watts power and includes thermostats ranging from 284–680°F for the top chamber and 140–550°F for the bottom chamber. Fully insulated with Incoloy steel tubular elements, it provides superior heat retention and balanced baking. Tested by in-house technicians, this used equipment guarantees reliable performance and durability.
