This belt for the Acme 88-4 Dough Sheeter measures 20 inches by 177 inches and is designed specifically for the Acme Model 8-6. Constructed with a natural color PVC compound, it features two plies of polyester and cotton fabric for durability and flexibility. The belt has a bare fabric cover and bottom surface, providing a coefficient of friction of 0.20 on steel, ensuring reliable dough handling.
The belt operates effectively within a temperature range of 14 to 176 degrees Fahrenheit and is food approved, making it suitable for bakery environments. It offers limited oil and grease resistance and requires only half the dusting flour compared to all cotton belts. Recommended splice is split finger clipper, and it supports #36SP alligator lace. The belt has interchangeable surfaces and a maximum width of 78.7 inches.
