The Traulsen G20003 reach-in refrigerator offers a robust and energy-efficient solution for professional kitchens. Featuring a stainless steel exterior and anodized aluminum interior, this model is built for durability and easy maintenance. It includes a top-mounted, balanced, self-contained refrigeration system with a large high humidity evaporator coil located outside the food zone to ensure optimal cooling performance. The refrigerator has four solid swing doors with self-closing and stay-open features, guaranteed for life cam-lift hinges, and horizontal work flow door handles for ease of use.
This refrigerator is equipped with a microprocessor control and LED temperature readout, maintaining temperatures between 34 and 38°F. It comes with six adjustable epoxy-coated shelves and automatically activated incandescent lights for visibility. Additional features include energy-saving automatic non-electric condensate evaporation, magnetic snap-in door gaskets, anti-condensate door perimeter heaters, and a set of four 6" high casters with locks. It is Energy Star qualified, NSF and UL listed, making it a dependable choice for commercial refrigeration needs.
