The Robot Coupe Blixers Blender Mixer with a 63-quart stainless steel bowl is engineered for intensive commercial food processing including mixing, chopping, pureeing, blending, and kneading doughs. It features a powerful 16 HP three-phase motor with two speed settings at 1800 and 3600 RPM. The unit is constructed entirely of stainless steel and includes an IP65 control panel with a digital 0–15 minute timer for precise control.
This batch bowl processor comes with a see-through ABS polycarbonate lid and a tilting, removable cutter bowl equipped with bowl and lid scrapers for efficient processing and easy cleaning. ETL electrical and sanitation listed, it is ideal for professional kitchens demanding high-capacity, durable, and versatile food preparation equipment.
