The Robot Coupe Vertical Cutter Mixer R45 T features a 47 quart all stainless steel bowl designed for vertical cutting and mixing tasks such as mixing, chopping, pureeing, blending, and kneading doughs. It is powered by a robust 13.5 HP three-phase induction motor with two speeds of 1800 and 3600 rpm. The IP65 control panel includes a digital 0–15 minute timer for precise control.
This batch bowl processor includes a tilting and removable cutter bowl with handle and see-thru lid for easy cleaning. It comes with a 3 stainless steel smooth edge “S” blade assembly. The unit measures 54 5/16" H x 23 5/8" L x 28 15/16" W and weighs approximately 304 lbs. It operates on 208-240 volts and 60 amps and is ETL Electrical and Sanitation listed, suitable for heavy-duty commercial use.
