The Vulcan 2ER85CF Electric Freestanding Fryer offers up to 85+% cooking efficiency with ribbon-style heating elements that provide more surface area than conventional elements. This reduces heat added to the kitchen, helping to save on air conditioning costs and maintain a comfortable working environment. It features a stainless steel cabinet and two fry tanks measuring 19-1/2" x 18" each, with a total shortening capacity of 170 lbs.
This model includes programmable compensating computer controls with melt cycles and the KleenScreen PLUS® filtration system for consistent cooking and easy maintenance. Twin baskets and legs provide convenience and stability. Operating at 208 V / 3 PH / 50-60 Hz with 24 kW per fryer, this floor model electric fryer is ideal for high-volume commercial kitchens.
