Novacart Panettone Disposable Paper Baking Mold in 4-3/8" diameter by 3-3/8" high size is crafted from food-safe rigid baking paper. These molds are oven safe up to 390°F, freezer safe, and microwave safe, providing versatility for various baking needs. The molds feature a solid bottom and a gold-floret accent, enhancing presentation from oven to table.
Designed for professional and home bakers, these disposable molds eliminate the need for metal pans, reducing cleanup time. They are KOF-K Kosher certified and recyclable but not compostable. With a volume of 20 oz., the case contains 2400 molds, ideal for large-scale baking projects. Note that these molds are best suited for thicker batters or dough due to pinprick holes in the bottom.
