The Vulcan VCH8 Cook and Hold Oven utilizes gently recirculated heated air that moves uniformly around meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and baked goods. Operating at a lower temperature than standard ovens, it ensures meats are richly browned, seafood remains moist, and vegetables retain their vibrant color and nutrition. This single deck oven features electronic solid state controls with an easy-to-operate knob for efficient cooking and holding.
With a capacity to hold 8 bun pans or 16 steam table pans, the oven is constructed with stainless steel interior and exterior for durability. It is mobile with 5" casters, including 2 swivel with locks and 2 rigid. The oven runs on 208-240v/50/60/1ph with 3800/5060 watts and 19.0/22.0 amps, and includes an 8' cord with NEMA 6-30P plug.
