The Vulcan Electric Freestanding Fryer with 100 lb. oil capacity features solid state analog knob controls for easy and reliable temperature adjustments. Its ribbon-style heating elements provide up to 85+% cooking efficiency, minimizing heat output to the kitchen and reducing air conditioning costs for a comfortable working environment.
Constructed with a stainless steel cabinet, this fryer includes two 14-1/8" x 15-1/2" fry tanks and the KleenScreen PLUS® filtration system for efficient oil maintenance. Operating at 208 V / 3 PH / 50-60 Hz with 47 amps per fryer, it is designed as a floor model and offers a maximum heat resistance of 390°F.
