The Robot Coupe Blixers Blender Mixer with a 23-quart bowl is designed for vertical cutting and mixing tasks such as mixing, chopping, pureeing, blending, and kneading doughs. It features a powerful 6 HP three-phase motor with two speeds of 1800 and 3600 rpm. The unit is constructed entirely of stainless steel and includes an IP65 control panel with a digital 0-15 minute timer for precise operation.
This batch bowl processor comes with a tilting and removable 24-quart stainless steel cutter bowl equipped with a bowl and lid scraper. The two-blade adjustable stainless steel BLIXER assembly ensures efficient processing. The machine measures 48 1/16" H x 23 5/8" L x 26 3/8" W and weighs approximately 250 lbs. It is ETL Electrical and Sanitation listed and CETL approved for Canadian standards, making it ideal for heavy-duty commercial kitchen use.
