The Tor-Rey Pro-Cut KMS-13 Heavy Duty Meat Slicer is engineered for professional use, capable of slicing all types of red meat without bones, including semi-frozen cuts. It also slices cheeses like cheddar and Monterey Jack with ease. Equipped with a powerful 1/3 HP motor and gear-driven transmission, this slicer is built for continuous daily use over several hours. Its large 13-inch blade accommodates big chunks of meat such as clods.
Constructed from anodized aluminum and stainless steel, the KMS-13 ensures durability and hygiene. It features a true 45 gravity feed and an integrated knife sharpener for consistent blade performance. The slicer meets NSF, CE, ETL, cETL, cUL, and UL standards.
