The Turbo Air MST-48-18 M3 Series 2 Door Mega-Top Sandwich Salad Table features a spacious 15 cubic feet capacity with extra pan space for efficient sandwich and salad preparation. It includes a 9 1/2-inch wide polyethylene cutting board and two adjustable, polyethylene-coated wire shelves. The mega top design accommodates up to 18 1/6-size pans, enhancing ingredient organization.
This unit maintains consistent temperature control between 33 and 39 degrees Fahrenheit with its cold air compartment and gas condensate system. Constructed from stainless steel with CFC-free polyurethane insulation, it is durable and easy to clean. The table has two solid swing doors, a bottom-mounted compressor, and 4-inch casters for easy mobility. It is NSF, ETL, and CE listed, operating on 115 volts with 6.5 amps.
