The Robot Coupe CL55 WORKSTATION Commercial Food Processor is a floor model designed for high-volume kitchens, capable of producing up to 2645 pounds of vegetables per hour. It includes a vegetable prep attachment with a 16-disc MultiCut pack, pusher feed-head, automatic feed-head, and a 3mm mashed potato kit. The workstation features a stainless steel mobile stand with two casters and adjustable cart heights for ergonomic use.
Operating at 425 RPM with a 2.5 HP motor, this unit runs on 120 volts and is ETL and cETLus certified for sanitation and safety.
