The Skyfood SI-282HDE-2 is a heavy duty meat and bone saw equipped with a 111-inch blade and a 2 HP motor. It operates on 220 volts, 60 Hz, three phase power and features a stainless steel construction for durability and sanitation. This floor model saw is ETL listed and designed for high volume meat processing, capable of handling up to 2000 lbs. per hour.
It offers a cutting clearance of 12-3/4 inches high by 10 inches wide, with a sliding product table and removable doors for convenient operation and cleaning. The saw includes sealed bearings and housing, low pressure water jet cleaning, an emergency stop button, and heavy duty adjustable legs.
