This Novacart Panettone Disposable Paper Baking Mold pack of 12 offers a practical and elegant baking solution for traditional Italian panettone and other baked goods. Made from food-safe rigid baking paper, the mold measures 6-1/8" diameter by 4-1/4" high with a 53 oz volume. It is oven safe up to 390°F, freezer safe, and microwave safe, featuring a solid bottom style for sturdy support. These disposable molds reduce cleanup time and provide a beautiful gold-floret accented presentation from oven to table.
All molds are KOF-K Kosher certified except item # P155C and recyclable but not compostable. They are ideal for baking panettone, jumbo muffins, cupcakes, or bread. Due to pinprick holes in the bottom, these molds are not recommended for liquid batters, making them best suited for thicker doughs or batters.
