The O'Creme Rosette-Iron Mold in an Egg Shape is perfect for crafting light and crispy springtime cookies with a delicate Easter egg design. Made from a lightweight cast aluminum alloy, this mold allows rosette cookies to slide off easily after frying, enhancing the baking experience. Rosettes are traditional Scandinavian pastries made by dipping the iron into thin batter and frying in hot oil, enjoyed year-round and especially during festive occasions.
Measuring 2 inches across and 3 inches top to bottom with a height of 5/8 inch, this mold is durable and easy to handle around hot oil. Proper seasoning in hot oil before first use is recommended to ensure easy cookie release. Rosette iron handles are sold separately, providing flexibility in handling.
