The Omcan 13733 Elite Series Sausage Stuffer is a manual vertical model with an 11 lbs. (5 kg) capacity, ideal for both home and commercial sausage production. It features a two-speed gear-driven mechanism that speeds up the stuffing process and allows quick piston return. The vertical design saves space and is especially suited for soft mixtures. The unit includes a stainless steel watertight cylinder, stainless steel base and feet, and a carbon steel rack for sturdy support.
Equipped with a moplen piston featuring a silicon seal and air release valve, this stuffer ensures smooth operation and prevents air pockets. It comes with four plastic funnels sized 10mm, 20mm, 30mm, and 40mm to accommodate different sausage diameters. With packaging dimensions of 24" x 12" x 12" and a net weight of 24.25 lbs., it offers a compact and durable solution for efficient sausage making.
