The Wolf AHP848 Series Counter Model Achiever Propane Gas Hotplate 48" is designed for commercial kitchens needing a large, powerful cooking surface. It features eight open burners, each producing 27,500 BTU/hr for fast preheating and heat recovery. The heavy gauge welded steel chassis provides durability and reliable performance. The stainless steel front with "Cool Bullnose," sides, and backsplash offers a professional look and easy cleaning.
This 48" wide propane hotplate includes cast iron grates, lift-off burner heads, and protected standing pilots for safety and convenience. Manual gas valve controls allow precise flame regulation. Additional features include an aluminized pull-out crumb tray and 4" adjustable legs. Certified by CSA and NSF, it weighs 310 lbs and measures 48" width, 31-3/8" depth, and 16-5/8" height, suitable for LP gas utility.
