The Fat Daddio's Anodized Aluminum Sheet Cake Pan sized 16" x 24" with a 3-inch depth is crafted from extra thick 14 gauge aluminum for superior heat distribution and consistent baking results. Its straight sides provide the perfect look for wedding tiers, while the extra wide rims make handling heavy filled pans easier and safer.
This oven-safe pan features a solid, fixed bottom and a stick coating to prevent sticking and facilitate easy cleanup. When using this pan, allow an additional 1 to 1.5 inches of space for the flange. It is a professional-grade pan suitable for both commercial and home baking applications.
