The Pavoni Pavoflex PX3220 TEATIME CUBE40 Silicone Mold is designed for creating elegant monoportion desserts. Developed in collaboration with Antonio Bachour, this mold features 15 cavities, each measuring 34mm x 34mm x 34mm with a volume of 40 ml (1.4 oz). Its non-stick silicone material with a slick upper surface ensures easy food release and minimal cleaning effort. The mold is pliable, allowing for effortless removal of pastry or frozen products.
This versatile mold is safe for use in convection ovens, static ovens, and microwaves, and is resistant to both cold and heat. Cleaning is simple with hot water and mild soap, and it can also be sanitized in the oven at 150°C (302°F) for two minutes. Ideal for catering, banqueting, weddings, and plated desserts, this mold offers professional quality and convenience.
