The Robot Coupe R502 Food Processor Cutter and Vegetable Slicer is a powerful combination processor designed for high-volume food preparation. It features a 5.5-quart stainless steel bowl and a vegetable prep attachment with two hoppers for continuous feed slicing, shredding, dicing, grating, and julienne.
Equipped with a 3 HP induction motor running at 1725 RPM and operating on 208-240 volts with three-phase power, this processor accommodates 34 different processing plates. It includes two discs and a plate rack, making it ideal for preparing over 2000 servings in 2.5 to 3 hours in busy commercial kitchens.
