The Berkel X13A-PLUS Automatic Gravity Feed Slicer is a professional-grade slicer designed with the latest technology in motion, geometry, energy, and hygiene. It features a sanitary one-piece engineered polymer base and product table that reduces seams and joints, providing an NSF approved surface for easy cleaning and maintenance.
This slicer includes a 13" stainless steel knife, gauge plate interlock, and a removable submersible table-mounted sharpener with borazon stones for precise sharpening. It offers automatic operation with three stroke lengths and speeds, a permanent ring guard, kick stand, and product fence. Powered by a 1/2 HP motor at 120 volts and 7 amps, it meets NSF/ANSI 8 standards and is ETL listed.
