The Nemco 57500 Easy Chopper 3 with a 3/8" square cut provides multiple chopping options including four square-cut sizes and three slice thicknesses. It features a 4-1/4 inch cutting area and a color-coded blade assembly and push block to ensure proper matching and prevent damage. The push block is constructed from a durable nylon-based resin, an upgrade from previous models. Its base is designed to fit a 2-qt round food pan or a 6-inch-high pan for convenience.
This manual countertop vegetable cutter is made in the USA with a cast aluminum frame and stainless steel blades. It includes a gasket-like cleaning grid that fits between the push block teeth for easy cleaning.
