The Berkel MB-1/2 Countertop Bread Slicer is designed for bakeries and specialty sandwich chains requiring consistent, precise slicing of soft and hard-crusted loaves. It handles loaves up to 15-1/2 inches and offers a pre-set 1/2 inch slice thickness, delivering maximum cutting efficiency and high capacity.
This compact unit features a Sky White polyester powder coat finish with stainless steel product contact areas for easy cleaning. It includes a front-mounted stainless steel bagging trough and removable scrap pan. The heat-treated alloy carbon steel blades are independently mounted and easily replaceable, powered by a 1/3 HP motor with 115V electrical specifications.
