This All Points 51-1092 stainless steel stem is designed for 1-1/2" draw-off valves, specifically for kettle applications. It features 10-24 threads at the end of the stem and a 0.3" square knob mount compatible with the #22-1000 knob. This stem is suitable for various kettle brands including Cleveland, Legion, Market Forge, Southbend, and Vulcan kettles, covering multiple series such as VD(L, LT, MS, MT, P, PT, WS, WT) and E(L, LT, P).
The stem is constructed from durable stainless steel ensuring longevity and resistance to corrosion in demanding kitchen environments. It is not compatible with Groen kettles.
