The Robot Coupe Blixer 5VV is a versatile commercial blender and mixer designed for preparing texture-modified meals quickly and efficiently. It features a 5.5-quart stainless steel bowl with a handle and a fine serrated twin-blade assembly for homogeneous processing of both raw and cooked ingredients. The unit offers variable speed control ranging from 370 to 3450 RPM, powered by a 3 HP motor operating on 120 volts single-phase power.
This batch bowl processor includes a totally leakproof lid with a scraper arm and a high heat and shock-resistant see-through lid for monitoring the process. All removable parts are dishwasher-safe for easy cleaning. The Blixer 5VV is ETL and cETLus certified for electrical safety and sanitation, making it suitable for commercial kitchens requiring reliable and efficient food processing equipment.
