This soft gel paste is gentle on delicate non-dairy whipped toppings, enabling deep, vibrant tones without breaking down the texture. It colors a wide range of items including bread dough, cookie dough, cake batter, buttercream, royal icing, fondant, gum paste, marzipan, and compound coatings. It can also color white chocolate when mixed with Flo-Coat. Kosher certified by Star-K, this product is consistent from batch to batch and uses less color due to immediate dispersion.
