The Robot Coupe Bowl Cutter Mixer R2B is a versatile food processor designed to prepare up to 850 servings in 3 hours or less. It features a 3-quart gray ABS polycarbonate cutter bowl with a handle and see-thru lid, allowing for efficient vertical cutting and mixing. This machine can mix, chop, puree, blend, and knead doughs with ease, powered by a 1 HP induction motor running at 1725 rpm with a single speed and on/off plus pulse switch.
Equipped with a magnetic safety system and motor brake, the R2B ensures safe operation. It includes a stainless steel smooth edge “S” blade, with optional fine serrated and coarse serrated blades available. The compact dimensions (16 9/16" H × 11" L × 8 11/16" W) and a shipping weight of approximately 27 lbs make it suitable for various kitchen environments.
