The Atosa Mobile Insulated Proofer/Heated Cabinet is designed to accommodate nine 18 x 26 pans, making it ideal for proofing and heating applications in commercial kitchens. It features a fully insulated cabinet with stainless steel interior and exterior, ensuring energy efficiency and durability. The unit offers a heating mode with adjustable temperatures from 80°F to 220°F and a proof mode with 10 humidity levels to maintain optimal dough conditions.
Equipped with a transparent polycarbonate door with a 90° stay-open feature, the cabinet includes dial controls and an easy-to-read LED display. Additional features include a humidifying water tray to preserve moisture, detachable slides, a removable control drawer for easy cleaning, and four casters—two swivel and two locking—for mobility and stability. The unit operates on 120v/60/1-ph with a 2KW heating element and meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards.
