The Cres Cor CSH-122-10-PB Carving Station is designed to keep food piping hot and juicy with its attractive heated base and dual flexible arm infrared heat lamps. Each lamp is 250 Watts and shatter resistant, providing heat from above to maintain food temperature. The lamp hoods are available in polished brass or polished nickel finishes.
This carving station features a temperature-controlled heated base with separate switches for the lamps and base, ensuring maximum efficiency. The epoxy-coated sides remain cool to the touch despite top surface temperatures reaching up to 170°F (76.5°C). A recessed base catches drippings, and a resilient cutting board rests securely on the base to prevent slipping, making it ideal for professional food service environments.
