It is made from a natural color PVC compound with two plies of polyester and cotton fabric, featuring a bare fabric cover and bottom surface. The belt has a coefficient of friction of 0.20 on steel, providing reliable dough handling.
The belt is food approved and operates within a temperature range of 14 to 176 degrees Fahrenheit. It offers limited oil and grease resistance and requires only half the dusting flour compared to all cotton belts. The recommended splice is split finger clipper, and it supports #36SP alligator lace. The belt has interchangeable surfaces and a maximum width of 78.7 inches.
