The Robot Coupe CL52E Commercial Food Processor is designed for high-volume kitchens, capable of preparing up to 1500 servings in three hours or less. It features a vegetable prep attachment optimized for continuous feed slicing, dicing, shredding, grating, French fry cutting, and julienne. This model accommodates 42 different processing discs, enhancing versatility for various food preparation tasks. Built with a stainless steel base and equipped with a full moon-shaped and one round hopper, the CL52E is an electric-powered machine running on 120 volts and 13.5 amps.
