The Wolf AHP636U Countertop Natural Gas Achiever Hotplate 36" with Step-Up Burner is designed for commercial kitchens needing efficient and powerful cooking surfaces. It features six burners, each delivering 30,000 BTU/hr, providing quick preheating and excellent heat recovery. The heavy gauge welded steel chassis ensures durability and consistent performance over time. The stainless steel front with "Cool Bullnose," sides, and backsplash offers a professional finish and easy cleaning.
This 36" wide hotplate includes cast iron top grates, lift-off burner heads, and protected standing pilots for safety and convenience. Manual gas valve controls allow precise flame adjustment. Additional features include an aluminized pull-out crumb tray and 4" adjustable legs. Certified by CSA and NSF, it weighs 265 lbs and measures 36" width, 33" depth, and 16-5/8" height, suitable for natural gas utility.
