The Turbo Air TST-28SD is a 27-inch sandwich and salad prep table featuring a unique "Cold Air Compartment" design that maintains even temperatures across all food pans. It isolates the pans from the lower storage compartment to prevent spillage, enhancing food safety and convenience. The stainless steel top accommodates eight 1/6 size food pans up to 4 inches deep, ideal for keeping fresh toppings close at hand.
This unit includes one adjustable stainless steel wire shelf in the refrigerated compartment for backup ingredients. It has a stainless steel door with a recessed handle, stainless steel interior and exterior, and ABS door liner. The self-contained rear mounted refrigeration system operates at 33 to 39°F with a 1/3 HP compressor, making it NSF, UL, cUL, and cETL listed for commercial use.
