The ring retains its rounded oval shape during baking, producing uniform edges and consistent cooking throughout.
Made from stainless steel, this oval-shaped tart ring measures 53 x 98.5 x 20 mm. It is easy to clean since the tart releases from the ring before baking finishes, especially when the ring is greased before dough insertion. It can be used with Pavoni Silicone Mold PX3201 for creative pastry designs.
