This Novacart Panettone Basso Disposable Baking Mold is a wider, shallower version of traditional Panettone pans, perfect for coffee cakes, cream cakes, and cheesecakes. Made with food-safe corrugated cardboard edges and rigid baking paper, it prevents leaks and spills. The dark brown mold features a gold floret design, enhancing presentation for service or sale. It measures 8-5/8" in diameter and 2-3/4" high, with a capacity of 56 oz.
Microwave, oven safe up to 390°F, and freezer safe, these molds eliminate the need for metal pans and reduce cleanup time. They are grease resistant and recyclable but not compostable. Due to pinprick holes in the bottom, they are not recommended for liquid use. KOF-K Kosher certified, these molds offer a practical and attractive solution for professional and home bakers.
