The Star MFG OEM # 2T-Z4823 thermostat offers a wide temperature range from 0 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, suitable for various commercial cooking applications. It is a hot side electric thermostat featuring a 30-inch capillary tube and a 3/16" x 7" bulb for precise temperature sensing. The unit includes a 1/8" male pipe thread inlet and a 1/4" female pipe thread outlet positioned on the left side for easy installation.
Designed for use with Star griddle models 824, 836, 848, 860, and 872 T, this thermostat provides reliable temperature control and safety. Its bypass adjustment on the side and flat down orientation ensure optimal functionality in demanding kitchen environments.
