The Cres Cor H-135-SUA-11 is a mobile heated cabinet designed for commercial food warming applications. Featuring a single insulated compartment with field reversible Dutch doors, this cabinet ensures efficient heat retention and easy access. It includes 11 sets of chrome plated wire universal angle slides spaced on 4-1/2" centers, adjustable to 1-1/2" centers, accommodating various pan sizes. The cabinet is constructed from durable stainless steel and equipped with an analog thermometer and anti-microbial latches for hygiene.
Mobility is enhanced by four 5" swivel casters, two of which are braked for stability. The bottom-mount heater assembly operates at 1500 Watts and 120 Volts, providing a maximum temperature of 200°F. Manual controls allow straightforward operation. This unit is CSA-Sanitation and cCSAus certified, making it a reliable choice for maintaining food at serving temperatures in commercial kitchens.
