The San Jamar Saf-T-Scoop & Guardian System is designed to prevent ice contamination in bar and beverage stations. This innovative system includes the Saf-T-Scoop, a food safety scoop, and the Guardian System, which provides secure storage for the scoop when not in use. The Guardian System can be mounted temporarily inside or outside ice bins using suction cups or wire hanging brackets, or permanently with mounting screws. It is also easily removable for cleaning, ensuring hygiene and convenience.
Constructed from durable polycarbonate, this system offers long-lasting performance in busy environments. The included scoop has a capacity of 12 to 16 ounces, making it ideal for beverage service.
