The Hobart HS7-1 13" Automatic Slicer offers a perfect balance of price and advanced features for commercial slicing. It includes a 13" CleanCut™ stainless steel knife with zero knife exposure and a removable ring guard cover for safety. Powered by a 1/2 horsepower motor, this slicer features a timing belt for the automatic drive system and a variable four-speed automatic carriage with front-mounted controls for versatile slicing.
This slicer also offers three stroke lengths and an exclusive tilting, removable carriage system for easy cleaning. Its burnished aluminum base and stainless steel components ensure durability and a professional appearance. With dimensions of 30-5/16" width, 22-5/16" depth, and 27-1/4" height, it accommodates food up to 7-1/2" high and 12" wide, making it ideal for busy commercial kitchens.
