RADYAN Pitco VF-35S Natural Gas Solstice 35 lb. Stainless Steel Flo...
The Pitco VF-35S is a natural gas-powered floor fryer with a 35-pound capacity, constructed with stainless steel for durability and easy cleaning. It features a welded tank with a smooth peened finish and high-temperature alloy stainless steel heat baffles for efficient heating and combustion. The standing pilot light design ensures a ready flame when heat is needed.
Equipped with a Solstice burner and baffle design, this fryer increases cooking production while lowering flue temperature and improving the working environment. The thermostat maintains temperatures between 200°F and 400°F. Safety features include an integrated gas control valve and a temperature limit switch that shuts off gas flow if the fryer overheats. It has a 70,000 BTU rating and includes two fry baskets.
