O'Creme Wafer and Rice Paper Sheets in DD Grade offer a highly durable and smooth edible paper option for creative baking projects. These plain white, sugar-free, and slightly translucent sheets are compatible with Food Doodler pens and edible ink printers, allowing for custom edible designs. They are perfect for cutting into shapes, making flowers, edible gifts, and 3D figures. The DD grade is twice as thick as the AD Premium grade, measuring 8.25" wide, 11.7" long, and 0.60 mm thick.
Made from potato starch, water, and vegetable oil, these sheets are kosher parve, halal certified, and kosher certified by Star-K. They are commonly used on the bottom of Turron Spanish Candy, popular in both the US and Spain. The wafer paper is somewhat brittle, so small pieces may break off during transit, which is normal.
