The Novacart Panettone Basso Disposable Baking Mold with a 7-7/8 inch diameter and 2-5/8 inch height is designed for baking coffee cakes, cream cakes, and cheese cakes. Made with food-safe corrugated cardboard edges and rigid baking paper, this mold prevents leaks and spills. Its dark brown color with a gold floret design enhances presentation. Note that this mold is not recommended for liquid use due to pinprick holes on the bottom.
Microwave, oven, and freezer safe up to 390°F, it features a grease-resistant coating for easy release and cleanup. This mold is recyclable but not compostable. Certified KOF-K Kosher, it meets dietary standards. Its freestanding construction eliminates the need for metal pans, reducing cleanup time and increasing convenience for bakers.
