The Cambro CP1220159 Camchiller, Full Size, is engineered to maintain cold foods below 41°F (5°C) for hours during storage and transportation. It is designed to fit into Cambro insulated food pan carriers, carts, and kiosks, providing a reliable alternative to ice. The Camchiller should be frozen flat for 8 hours or overnight before use and can also pre-chill cabinets and food pan wells to enhance cold food preservation.
This full-size Camchiller is NSF listed and dishwasher safe for easy cleaning and maintenance. It fits a wide range of Cambro carriers and kiosks, including models 300MPC, UPC400, UPC600, UPC800, and others. Its design allows sliding on the top rail with cold food placed below, and it can be moved down as food is removed to reduce open space and maintain optimal temperatures. Ideal for satellite feeding, off-site feeding, and outdoor events.
