The Channel 413S-OR is a single section roll-in oven rack designed to hold up to 12 bun pans or perforated trays measuring 18" x 26". Constructed from durable 18/304 stainless steel, this rack features an open style with side loading and 5" spacing between pans. It operates within a temperature range of -45°F to 575°F, with continuous use recommended up to 475°F. The rack is equipped with 4" high-temperature swivel casters with non-marking phenolic tread for easy mobility and stability in busy kitchen environments.
