The Hobart 4822 BUILDUP Meat Chopper is a bench-type chopper with a #22 hub and a powerful 1-1/2 HP motor. It processes up to 16 lbs per minute and features a stainless steel pan measuring 19-1/2" x 11-1/2" x 2-1/2", stainless steel housing, and 4" legs for durability and stability in commercial settings.
Designed for on-demand meat chopping, it offers continuous chopping action without crushing or mashing the meat. The chopper includes a Stay Sharp™ alloy steel knife and a 1/8" carbon steel grind plate, with all food-contact parts easily removable for cleaning. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
